Certificates and badges are included in the swimming lesson fees.

Cancellations:

Fecal discharge, illness or operational problems can result in lessons being cancelled. Please note that in these circumstances, there will be no compensation for lost tuition.

If lessons are cancelled more than twice per six months, there will be for the third cancellation and subsequent cancellations, offered replacement lessons (or compensation for lost tuition).

Entry-tickets can be refunded until the start of the lesson if desired.

The decision on how many cancellations or eventual compensation wil be taken at the end of January and the end of June.

The following condtions apply for TURBO sessions, if there are more than one cancellation per period, there will be for the second cancellation and subsequent cancellations, offered replacement lessons (or compensation for lost tuition).

The decision on how many cancellations will be taken at the end of April, when information on compensation or dates for replacement lessons will be sent out by mail.

Seniorsport Vandgymnastik and Aqua-jogging:

When you have a spot in Seniorsport Vandgymnastik eller Seniorsport Aqua-jogging sessions you just need to purchase a pool entry-ticket each time to come. Discount cards with 10 entries or a monthly pass are recommended. See prices of miscellaneuos discounts cards HERE.

Løbende hold - Regular sessions and time-limited sessions

All seniorsporthold (seniors), voksen- , børne-, småbørns (adult, childrens and toddlers), and babyhold (babies) are regular sessions.That is, there are no start or finish dates.

If you are enrolled in a class, then you do not need to re-register. You are enrolled in the class until you cancel your registration via your profile.

If your have saved your credit card details in our system, payment will automatically go through each 1st February and 1st August. You can of course also choose not to save your credit card details and instead log in and manually pay your invoice via your profile. Please note that you only have 3 days to pay, otherwise you will lose your spot to someone on the waiting-list.

Lørdagshold are for a limited time, with a specific start and finish date. There is a one-off payment and when the end date is reached, you are no longer registered in the class and must therefore sign-up for a new class if you want to continue with your swimming lessons.
